Whilst pregnancy is a wonderful and very exciting time for a new mother, the bodily demands of the developing baby and the hormonal changes taking place can cause a variety of physical and emotional changes.
Above all, for most women it is a time when they wish to maximise their own health in order to give the baby the best possible start in life.
Specialised pregnancy treatments given with care by qualified and experienced therapists can help to balance the emotions, relieve any feelings of anxiety and discomfort, and will enhance the whole experience for the mother-to-be.
Pregnancy treatments may be taken from 14 weeks of pregnancy. All Aromatherapy Associates facials are suitable from Day 1 of pregnancy.

Choose from a selection of three oils each safely formulated to be used during pregnancy to nourish and care for your expanding skin.
Using the traditional aromatherapy pressure point massage for the upper back and paying particular attention to tight shoulders, this massage helps to relieve stress and tension.
The legs are massaged to ease the heavy feeling that can come with pregnancy and a full scalp and facial massage, with treatment oil chosen specifically for your skin type, completes this top to toe treatment.

DURATION
60 & 90 Minutes
The ultimate exfoliation and wrap treatment to uplift the spirit and enrich the skin.
Skin is exfoliated smooth then nourished with a full rose ritual from hair-to-toe. Products are all warmed to enhance the feeling of comfort and indulgence.
The treatment begins with guided breathing to aid relaxation, followed by a full body exfoliation, softening the skin and allowing the layers of rose products to fully absorb.
60 minutes – full body, scalp and hair
90 minutes – full body, face, scalp and hair.
