Aftercare advice
Take 10-15 minutes to rest and relax following your massage
For maximum benefit leave the oils on your skin for at least 2-3 hours
Replenish fluids with plenty of water and restrict alcohol and caffeine intake
Refrain from heat exposure (e.g. sauna, steam room, sunbed), sunbathing and vigorous activities immediately after, as they may prevent full absorption of the oils
Consult your therapist for follow-up treatment or a program of continued treatments
Continue your treatment benefits at home by using OTO CBD every day to prolong the effects.
