HIFU Non-Surgical Face Lift

Lift. Firm. Tighten.

Lynton Focus Dual High Intensity Focused Ultrasound (HIFU) – also known as a ‘Non-Surgical Face Lift’ or the ‘Lunchtime Face Lift’ has become one of the most sought-after lifting, firming, and tightening treatments for the face, neck and body.

How does the HIFU Non-Surgical Face Lift work?

When used for a non-surgical facelift, HIFU works on the SMAS layer deep below the skin. This is the area that plastic surgeons target for face and neck lifts and was previously accessible only by surgery.

Instead of surgery, the Focus Dual harnesses ultrasound technology to radiate energy to the SMAS layer to tighten, lift, and plump skin. When HIFU targets this layer, the heat generated in the skin causes immediate contraction, dermal remodeling, and a tightening and lifting effect. It stimulates the cells to produce strong, new collagen and kick-start dormant collagen.

Results can usually be seen immediately, but the results will get better and better up to 12 weeks post-treatment. It’s a great treatment on its own and is also often combined with radiofrequency microneedling for optimal results.

Why choose a HIFU Non-Surgical Face Lift?

With Focus Dual, we can lift, firm, tighten, and sculpt the face, brow, neck, and jawline to counteract the effects of time and gravity. The result is a natural lift with virtually no downtime.

Focus Dual HIFU is one of the few treatments that can reach the superficial musculoaponeurotic system (SMAS)—which was previously accessible only via surgery. A HIFU Non-Surgical Face-Lift is a great way of addressing the effects of skin ageing without the downtime associated with surgery.

There is nothing better to give your skin back its snap!

HIFU Non-Surgical Face Lift FAQs

What happens during a Focus Dual treatment

– Prior to treatment, you will be invited in for a consultation, with one of the aesthetic practitioners to discuss the areas you would like to treat, and the reasons for doing so. During this time, we will explain the treatment/ treatment plan in detail ensuring you fully understand the procedure.

If you wish to go ahead with the treatment, we will double-cleanse the treatment area – The handpiece will then be placed on the skin in the target area directly on the skin. If you select to undergo HIFU treatment, the area will be marked in order to define the areas for treatment.

Once the treatment is complete, post-treatment serum Light Soothe and Light Protect SPF 50 is applied to help soothe the skin and aid its recovery. – Full results can be seen 12 weeks after the final treatment.

Due to the non-invasive nature of HIFU treatments, there is virtually no downtime. You may experience slight redness following the treatment, and a small percentage of our clients do experience minor swelling, tingling or tenderness.

These symptoms are mild and temporary. You will be able to return to your normal activities straight away, and there are no special recovery measures needed. This is why HIFU has earned the name “lunchtime face lift”.

You may experience some mild heating or a slight tingling sensation during treatment. Patients describe this as moderate and acceptable.
Treatments are carried out every 4-6 weeks and typically between 1 and 3 treatments are recommended for best results. Top-up sessions are performed as required, but usually only once or twice a year.
Results can usually be seen immediately, but the results get better and better up to 12 weeks post-treatment as your collagen is renewed. We expect results to last 1-2 years, but this can depend on lifestyle and maintenance.
