Terms & Conditions

Cancellations

If you wish to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. All cancellations within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a 100% non-discretionary charge of the treatment cost.

If you have booked online this will be automatically taken from the card from which the deposit was paid. If you have not booked online, payment must be settled within 24 hours of the missed appointment.

Further appointments cannot be booked until the outstanding amount is settled. If the appointment was for a pre-paid course booking, the treatment will be forfeited in the event of a late cancellation or missed appointment.

Courses

All treatments purchased as a course must be paid for in full in advance of the first treatment.

All treatment courses must be taken within 18 months of the date of purchase; any treatments left untaken after 18 months will be forfeited.

Courses are non-refundable except in medical circumstances. A doctor’s note will be required to confirm the medical condition preventing treatment, in order for a refund to be completed.

Any refund agreed is calculated by deducting the full list price of all treatments already taken, plus any charged for non-attendance, from the total price of the course of treatment, with the difference returned to you.

In the case of any further lockdown or closure due to COVID-19, all pre-paid treatment packages impacted by COVID-19 will be extended by the period of time impacted. A refund will not be given in these circumstances.

Treatment suitability

We will always assess whether treatment is suitable for you, or likely to be successful, prior to any treatment being carried out.

If not, we will inform you as to the reasons why. You will only be liable for the cost of the initial consultation, where applicable.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he or she provides your therapist with all the relevant medical details prior to each treatment. Please read the Pre-Treatment Advice relevant to your treatment. This can be found on the here.

Please read this in good time for your appointment so that you can comply with any relevant pre-treatment preparation and to make sure that the treatment is suitable for you.

If you fail to read the pre-treatment advice and attend your appointment without ensuring that you are prepared or suitable for the treatment, it is with regret that the appointment charge will still be payable even if the treatment cannot go ahead.

Minors

We do not conduct any treatments on children under the age of 16. Some treatments may only be suitable for over 18s – please enquire for full details.

Aftercare

In order to get the best results from your treatment, we strongly recommend that you read and follow the pre-treatment advice and aftercare relating to your treatment.

We strongly recommend you read and follow this guidance. We cannot guarantee results in circumstances where aftercare advice hasn’t been followed.
